Company Policy

When an internet order is received and complete ( that is when artwork, sizes, colors and apparel have been decided on and payment has been made), the blank apparel order is made by our procurement department. Most apparel is received in one to three days. Production is scheduled within 3 days of receiving the apparel. We are usually able to ship your order within 5 to 10 working days. We will notify you by email of your estimated ship date. If you need your product by a particular date, please call and talk with a customer representative about a guaranteed ship date. We will do everything we can to assist you.
