• If your apparel is materialy different from the artwork you provide or approve, we will do whatever it takes to make your order right.
• If your order contains apparel that has defects, we will replace and reprint affected apparel.
• If your order can be reasonably deemed of poor print quality, we will replace the affected items. 
• If your order is not shipped on time, we will make monetary adjustments depending on the circumstances of each case.
